Nothing as far as I know.

This is just an update to include the new VrayFastSSS2 material in the VMC...

Just stumbled onto this script. WOW. Fantastic. Maybe I've missed it, but I don't see a way to globaly change the Material ID Channel Numbers. Is this possible?
