Personally I would drop the screen mapped environment (the footage), and rather camera-map it onto a plane set to not visible to camera (Linked to the camera in case of animation).
The plane material can then be set to a vray light material to control how much it affects the reflections and illumination of both the bubble and object inside.
(Keep the plane rather close to your objects).
Render this against a black bg for comp. reasons, or just use the plane "in render" if you would like to avoid compositing.
