  • IR ANIMATION (prepass) mode with network rendering?

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I was wondering if the 'animation (prepass)' mode of the iradiance map will work properly with backburner. Since a separate IRmap file is created for each frame, can the calculation of the IRmaps be divided across a network and most important will they produce a smooth seamless animation when final frames are rendered using the 'Animation (rendering)' mode for the IR map.

Also can the rendering of final frames using the 'animation (rendering)' mode be network rendered (I would assume yes on that one, but just want to make sure).

    Yes and yes.
