What is the PDPlayer? The PDPlayer section of the website gives rave reviews without quite saying what it is. I mean, it sounds like a RAM player on steroids, but...

It is a sequence player, similar to the RAM player, but there are a lot of additional features (layers, basic compositing features, support for HDR images and lots more).

This is a pretty amazing tool.

And if you use AfterEffects or Nuke this is a very fast and convenient way to start your comps.
