Just got my MAX 2009, great cheat cube! Is it stable enough to install? I tried installing the download on 2 xp64's and neither worked.

What do you mean? Didn't work how?
I just installed it to xp64. I had to run setup 2 times, because
net 2.1 install restarted my machine.

The net 2 is not installing. My home machine actually crashed because I installed Windows SP2 thinking that would help. Is everyone else ok with MAX 2009 installing on XP64?Bobby Parker

I did have problems also installing 2009 on my win x64 system at work, doing what Lele advices here did the trick:
