Cylindrical VRay Light available?

Dear users, I wonder if anyone has once created a light plugin for support of a cylindrical light geometry? I would like to use it in my scenes for fluorescent lamps.

Any tipps would be welcome.

you will have to use VrayLight mat for now.

Hi Natty, I am using the vrayLightMaterial for this, but the main issue is, that you need a lot more samples in rendering to get results without noise because Vray treats the vraylightmaterial as indirect light I think. Thought there would be a solution for this.

I just use 4 vrayplane lights set to invisible boxing in my cylinder with the light mat on - leaving that in for accurate reflections/refraction.
