Hi all
As the title says I'm trying to do just that. Inlcude Exclude does not work as when you exlude lighting up one object, it also does not produce a shadow onto it from another.
I have a floor and an object on it. I want to light up both objects with one high light such as the VRay sun wihout having the smaller object on the floor produce a shadow. Then I want to produce a shadow from the smaller object onto the floor with a VRay light lower than the 1st, but wihout ligthing up either object.
I've also posted in off topic but did not get solution to the problem. So I'm posting here as it relates to VRay since I'm not sure how to do this. I've never worked with seperate passes and render elements so not sure if I need to for this problem. Maybe a matte object could help somehow?
Any pointers?
