GI workflow for animated objects

I've kind of lost touch with the best approach for setting up my GI since the latest service packs. I have a scene where everything is animated.. so no multiframe incremental for me.

Should I use the new IRR animation prepass? or should I go with Single frame IR and LC? or IR and Brutefarce?
