have no idea of what an indoor, three dimensional map of an handbook would look like (let alone knowing if one could afford to give it away for free), but it just sounds great.

I am not Administrator, but maybe you are referring to the online help?

        http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/150SP1/

Its not an "indoor three-dimensional map of the handbook", but it is free and might help.

I agree with Rivoli, that such a thing sounds cool, but I am also having trouble visualising it. Maybe its like trying to visualise a hypercube... Perhaps the V-Ray online help is the tesseract analog to what you're looking for.

Think it's in the download section, next to the instruction for the Vray chrome upper push rod and resudual head jiblet assembly.

the more I read it, the more I find the idea of it being "indoor" just brilliant. that coupled with the rolling eyes.. as if they were saying: "aren't you ashamed you don't know what that is?"

To me, it sounds like he's just asking for a printed manual. That would qualify as indoor and 3D.

this really should be "thread of the month"

maybe the indoor map of the handbook is an 'index' with added terrain

seriously, looking into those rolling eyes, I still feel guilty I don't know what this map is.
