VRLservice need sporatic restart

VRLservice shuts down every couple of days and users lose licenses. All I do is restart the service and everything is fine. This happens too often and at awkward times of the day. Any ideas? Running sp2.

my server is up for 95 days now and don't have any problem with that, what program do you have that is running in background ?
