Licensing troubles at work...please help!

we had two licenses as "Chong Partners" here in San Francisco.
We have the dougles, and we used to have web access to the download area.

Last year we have been bought by Stantec Architecture, and now I am trying to update vray to MAX 2009, but our access to the download site does not work anymore!

How do we get access to the donwload area?

Our IT guys must have contacted you in the last couple of months, but he still claims we have no answers form you guys...I need to render, and I do not know Mental-ray well enough for full production...

Again, this is not about my own vray (Giovanni Succi) but it is about my office 2 licenses.
