Can anyone explain why the multipliers in a VrayHDR map scale differently to the multiplier in the reflection environment slot?
If I set the Env. Refl. to 1 and the VrayHDR Multiplier to 10, I get the desired result. If I swap those values, you would expect the result to be the same, but it ends up much darker.
Is the VrayHDR being clamped prior to being multiplied in the vray environment reflect/refract override slot?

The multipliers are only for the color swatches - when using a map they have no effect. It has always been like this

Aw... baws! I've got to stop posting these daft questions.
Been reading bits of the manual all day and I fail to check this before posting... duh...
      Sorry!

        On a similar point.....
i have noticed a multiplier that has changed in the VrayLight. When set to dome and image the multiplier now affects the intensity of the light as well as the Vray HDRI map multipliers, if thats what you are using.
