VrayHDRI Browse button...is there a way to see a thumbnail of the HDR image?

My original sILB loader script is working fine with vray, but don't use the new features of 1.5sp2 or what will comes next - i wanted to stay compatible with older vray versions.

Kel Solaars solution is much better if you want a loader for a specific vray version, since it don't need code for the UI or filebrowsing stuff, but only the script which loads the files into max ..it would be a 5 minutes work for lele or someone else who is familar with the actual names for the maxscript variablenames of vray.
