    I want to simulate frost on glass. I try it with VRayBlendMtl. Glass material is in base slot and VRay2sidedMtl is in coat slot. When light is going through glass frost dosn't receive lighting (see image). Is there any workaround?

    My guess would be because the object's volume is greater than zero. 2 sided material is intended for zero thickness objects. If you put a light inside the glass it would work using the escaping light, but that is not the solution to your problem.

    You could clone the face of the object that you want the frost on and then use the 2 sided material on that clone and move it just off of the face of the original object.
