Glossy highlights

Glossy highlights. Is that physically accurate?
Because a highlight is a reflection of bright areas of the environment right?
They produce better shading though.

For V-Ray materials, V-Ray calculates this effect in a combined manner, from both light sampling (hilights) and reflections. The result is physically accurate.
