New Vray Region Render problem

Set up a resolution of lets say 1200x800, and region render the lower right hand corner. Change the resolution to 1/4th, and render. Vray will still "render" the region. This was driving me nuts, seemingly nothing would happen, just output of PNG's. That is until I realized that the RR button was on.

Since its known the RR doesn't follow with resolution changes, it should at least turn off/reset.
