CodeMeter or WIBU-KEY runtime not installed

I just installed Max 2010 and Vray_adv_150SP3a_max2010_x64 on a x64 XP Pro SP2 machine. When I try to start the license server (or register it as a service) I get the Error: CodeMeter or WIBU_KEY runtime system is not installed. I have gone to Wibu.com and have downloaded and installed CodeMeterRuntime64.exe but I still get the error. My Vray dongle is on a network computer. I have the License Server pointed to that computer on the correct port (all works fine under 2009). The Vray Authorization tab says: Could not obtain a license (-7): unrecognized license server response (old license server version?). Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong?

You just need to update your license server machine with the V-Ray license server from SP3 or SP3a.
