  • Atmosphere ?

    Hello friends,

do you know a nice way to simulate or render just straight with vray a kind of atmosphere look ?
A bit like fog, or dust/haze which usually appears on a sunny morning when you look to a skyline, or even on the beach, when you look out to the ocean.

I could see that it's very nice doing that stuff with vue, but never saw anything I could compare so far inside vray.... hmm....

thank you for every little hint,
    all the best,

    Hi Bernhard

go to "Rendering" > "Environment" > "Add" > "Fog" Have fun with the settings

This is very plane and simple. Hope it is what you want.

In max help file they have an example with little shop, motorbike and fog

    Regards,
    Morne
    Kind Regards,

Why not try VRay Environment Fog...

        www.dpict3d.com - "That's a very nice rendering, Dave. I think you've improved a great deal." - HAL9000... At least I have one fan.
