    "Licensing
In order to take advantage of the rendering capabilities of V-Ray RT, the user must have a working installation of V-Ray 1.50.SP3 or later. The existing V-Ray dongle can be reprogrammed to contain the extra V-Ray RT licenses, or a separate dongle for V-Ray RT can be obtained."

Do I have to send in the dongle to my reseller so it can be reprogrammed (so I can't work with vray in that time) or will it be possible in a more convenient way?

You don't have to send the dongle physically; the reprogramming can be done entirely through emails - same as with the normal V-Ray.

        Just a question.
If I want to try the demo of V-Ray RT must I reprogram my dongle ?
I installed it but it doesn't appear in the HTTP protocol of my V-Ray license server.

        Edit :
        > Answer : No, it's not necessary, I hadn't good installing the software.

Ah, I'm glad that you solved it; indeed you do not need to reprogram the dongle in order to run the demo version of V-Ray RT.

          Best regards,
          Vlado
