vrimg in 64 bit Vista

Just beginning to use vrimg's, but having trouble doing the conversion in Vista 64. Tried to rename the file to .exr in the output path, but AE CS4 won't open it up. If I need to convert it how do I open a DOS window in Vista?

same way you would in xp, just type cmd in a search field.
