  • Excessive colour bleed...

    Anyone know how to get around this problem? Here's an image to demonstrate...

    If it's a still I photoshop it sometimes, but since the scene I'm working on needs to be animated, I need to fix it in the render.

    It isn't really a "problem", because this is the correct GI solution you get for the specific set of lighting and materials. There are several things that you can do to reduce the color bleed however:

    (*) Make your materials darker;
    (*) Use VRayOverrideMtl material with a darker material for GI;
    (*) Reduce the "Generate GI" option for this object in the V-Ray object properties, or use a VRayWrapperMtl material for the same purpose.

    Best regards,
    Vlado

      Thanks for the correction vlado - it's easy to forget sometimes it isn't actually a 'problem'!
