Vray serial number?

V-Ray itself does not have a serial number, but the dongle does. One way to see it is from the WIBU-KEY applet in the Control Panel. When you open that, you should see a tab called "Contents", on the left side of which there should be a "WIBU-BOX Tree" section. Under the USB branch in the tree you should see the serial number of your dongle.

Yes; however this will only work if you have the updated version from V-Ray RT installed.
