HDRI tutorial

Someone posted an HDRI tutorial for VRay a while ago. I can't find it anymore or any other information on how to use HDRI.
Can someone hep me and tell me where I can find the HDRI tutorial for VRay or tell me how I can use HDRI with Vray.
