Forum administrator, please help

I already have an account on the forum, reacently i format my computer and i lost my password to login so i tried to log without the password, and it redirects me to the "forgot password link" so i do this, and sends me a mail telling me that i have to click on a link to activate the new password, and IF SUCCESFUL I CAN LOGIN WITH THIS NEW PASSWORD, but when i click on the link it always give me the FORBBIDEN ACCESS link, and the password never works.

My old nick was Zamudio, and my mail is structo@prodigy.net.mx

Send me the email you received and I'll activate your account manually. This problem should be fixed from now on.
