i have a ton of IES files...

I have 3492 ies files that I have created previews for and they are all on a nice html page.
I'd like to create a torrent to seed this to everyone but insanely, i have no idea how to do this. anyone care to help?

Holy smokes. You could probably rar it and make the rar password protected. Then if it's really a concern, only give out the pass to registered members who write to you.

I'd imagine you'd just use a client like bittorrent or utorrent and put it in a directory then it would automatically become available with an address as long as your ports are open. Maybe the torrent itself has a private address? I've actually never shared out anything over a torrent so I'm just taking a stab at how I'd imagine it would work.

the file is around 90mb rar'd. once several hundred people download that kind file, i am sure there will be bandwidth charges on my account

have you edited the size of the light source in the ies data file so that they provide area shadows? in all 3492 ???

NEVER MIND: My external USB content disk handles this not so good, so I have put them on an internal disk and it loads swiftly !!

utorrent is probably the easiest/most reliable i've used. It's simple as to set up too, I used to use them all the time for music i was working on. 20odd .wavs dont go over msn too good...
