Velocity-Element: How to use Element in ReelSmart-Vector MotionBlur ?

How can we get the Velocity-Map working for ReelSmart Vector Motion Blur in AfterEffects?

It seems that the velocity information is read differently:

Is there a way to convert them in Aftereffects?
