Problem with spawner :(

Can someone help me I just can't get the spawner to work

I have 4 dual processor machines, one of them I use for modeling and when I need to render I will use the others aswell.

I have run the DRWizard file and set up the spawner to run as a service on each machine. The spawner seems to start up, open max and minimize it in the task bar but then it dissapears and does the same thing over and over again.

Any ideas???
