need help... ERR Error parsing log file; received 1 elements

i have this problem in backburner...

"ERR Error parsing log file; received 1 elements"

the manager is in Windows Server 2003 R2 x64... (2x Quad Xeon 1.6, 4 GB Ram)

I'm using Max 2008 and de Backburner is 2008.1 (Max 2010) in all machines (XP Pro x64, 2x Quad Xeon 3.0, 8 GB Ram)

I unistall Backburner 2007 and install 2008.1 and the problem presist...

The problem is the mail outgoing from BB manager... and some right's in Windows Server (...some update block the email...).... trying to resolve the problem....
