    Vray Dongle Twisted

    Hi
    one of our dongle has been accidently twisted and somtimes vray
    loose license key must reengage dingle and restart Max.
    Is it possible to change this dongle and how does it cost.

      oh. mine does this too since a few weeks, but i thought its max 2010...

      isnt it a max problem?

        I don't think it is a 3ds Max problem; the license server and the dongle are independent of 3ds Max.

          hm thanks for your reply vlado. i could swear it happens first time with max2010, but perhaps that have nothing to say. i will examine this situation in deep, as soon as there is enough time for it.
