If anyone could clear this up it would be much appreciated.
we always set up our animations with the settings 720 x 576 with Image aspect on 1.778 and pixel aspect ratio of 1.422. Once the images are rendered we use Premiere to "stretch" them back to widescreen 1024 x 576. But recently we've just bought adobe premiere CS4 to compile an animation, whats really puzzled us is the pixel aspect ratio has changed from 1.422 to 1.4587 so now when we "stretch them back they aren't big enough and leave a black band left and right. Is there something we've been doing thats wrong? as the way I understood it the 1.422 aspect comes from 720 x 1.422 = 1024, with this new pixel aspect ratio it makes it 1050 wide??
