  • Tone Mapping

    When doing tone mapping how should you do the exposure? I did .4545, 1, and 2.2, but it isn't working for me.

    Use picturenaut (not a plug) for tone mapping. I find it yields much better results.

          Why would you use an external program with only global tone mapping when everything is already build into vray?
          Just set all your max gamma settings to default and use Reinhard mapping.
          You can adjust the amount with the burn value.
          0,3 looks nice for most archvis images with sunlight.
          Reflect, repent and reboot.
          Order shall return.
