irradiance map won't load on single machine

Hi, got a strange thing, after pre-calculating an irradiance map, it just won't load if i reload it later.
i just set the mode to from file and hit render and the irradiance is just not used cause.

anyone has an idea ?

Do you get any error messages in the V-Ray messages window? What is the size of the irradiance map on disk?

ok i found why,
i had sp2 version of vray installed on the other machine, that was the problem.
i mad the update the sp4 and it's working.
