vray school license

hello to all .........
sorry to ask this question please feel free to tell me what you think or feel free to ignore me..........
I am a college student currently taking a vray intro class (require for my major).
in school we have vray , and we are learning vray as a primary rendering engine which i enjoy and would like to register to the vray adv class next semester. i am currently missing homework and i am in the boarder of failing the class (along with other student) because i do not have vray axes after school. now my question is since i get charge in school for the software fee should my school provide a vray student license ? or is this normal?

Your school should be able to provide you with access to a V-Ray copy for doing your homeworks; however they cannot provide you with a license to use at home.
