I'm using two maps to generate my bump map for a rendered/plastered wall.
I have a VRayEdgesTex set to black with World units of 0.007m.
In the other slot I have a grey bitmap of an area of concrete with real world mapping coordinates appropriate to its scale.
How should I combine these? I am not having much success. I want the bump value to be 100, but I find that using multiply (AxB) gives me the edge bump, but not the general concrete bump.
If I use add (A+B) the bump for both the edges and the concrete bitmap shows up, but the concrete bitmap is too strong. Using 'Enable Color Map - mono' on the bitnap to reduce the levels makes no difference.
Basically, I want the edges to have strong bump and the overall concrete bitmap to have less effect.
I am sure this is simple.
