  • Is it possible to get a Max file out of Back burner?

Not Vray related exactly, but you lot know your stuff...

So I've had Max crash which corrupt the file, losing a fair bit of work I wouldnt really like to do again, as you can imagine. But I have files recently sent to backburner to render overnight. Is it possible to retrieve one of these files to work on?

Stupid question perhaps, but the thought of re-doing a frantic few hours means I must ask

On the Backburner Manager there is a folder (by default within in the backburner dir \Network\Jobs\ ) that holds all the files. There are zip files containing the scene (and maps if you ticked the checkbox to include maps)

    Regards,
    Thorsten

Excellent, thankyou. That works and may come in handy sometime.

But alas in this case, I still need to re-do the work
