remote assisstance software?

A few months ago I had some problems with Vray and someone from Chaosgroup used a good remote assistance software to help me out.

I would like to use this software but I don't remember the name. Does anyone know it? Tank you

Windows has one built in. If you're using windows that is.

Not vnc neither. I searched on google for like an hour and could not find it. It seems there are hundreds of thoses apps out there!

But when I try to use them with people who don't have a clue about firewall and ip and stuff like that it is often difficult to explain them all until it works. But the one Chaosgroup used for me was so easy I would like to find it.
