Question: upgrade to 2010 and Sp4

Hi vraymasters,
I'm still using 3dsmax9 and Vray sp3, because there is some projects in progress.
But next month I will upgrade to 3dsmax 2010 and finally install Vray sp4a.

There is any problem/issue to open old files to make changes than render in new version?
I mean, we need to "reset" the scene (lights, vraysun, sky and vraycamera) or its not necessary?

There shouldn't be any problems with that, as far as I know.
