vray, rla's, and material object ID #s

i'm really new to Vray and trying to learn as much as i possibly can. I have a scene which i would like to render the output to a RLA format with the material ID numbers. I'm having a lil bit of a problem though. When I netrender a RLA sequence, it'll render the first few frames and then stop. BUT when i render with TGAs.. there's no problem. this maybe a stupid question, but does Vray support RLA files with material ID numbers???
