New build doesn't download

Why doesn't work the download link for the last build 1.09.03f?
I have many troubles with the 'd' version, and now there's not the 'e' anymore.

i had to disable my norton internet security filter, to make the download working.

Yeah, do yourself a favor - disable DAP, LeechGet, GetRight, and any other downloader you might have that catches IE clicks.

oh and dump that norton internet security...man ive never seen a program that hosed my system worse than that. And that included 3ds max 2.5! lol
