I saw your question on my smart phone driving in, racing past all the lights wanting to download before the bottle neck, to find nothing. I have gotten rid of Vista x64 and upgraded to WiIN 7 x64. I have downloaded and installed MAX 2011, but the last part of the puzzle is missing. I am hoping the new software will solve a lot of my Vista issues.
I'm already testing it, one thing I've noticed right off the bat is that Max 2011 is using almost 1GB more ram than Max 2009 is. I haven't tested this on anything else yet and I don't know if Max was doing this before I installed Vray, can anyone else confirm this?
the release of rt is stopping me to go full 2011 , i guess i have to wait a little more

Nothing has changed in V-Ray in that regard (it doesn't really do much on startup).
