Can I have one master and two slave machines running with only two usb dongles?

you can run one master and 10000 render nodes with a dongle with one license on it

Ok so I can have my dongle on the master machine and the server just point to the dongle on the master.

yes, make sure that your vraylicense server has the Master's IP and your firewall allows that conexion
