Good 3d tree package for MAX/VRay?

Can anyone suggest a good 3d tree/plant generator that works with MAX/VRay, I have speed tree but VRay no like (1.09.04d or f)

Seems like theres a few out there, is anyone using one they like?

I read that www.scriptspot.com has a good tree script, just search for tree, I downloaded it but haven't tried it out yet.

I have tree storm which has some nice trees but the plugin is a bit buggy so I convert all my trees to editable meshes... worth a look.

Pretty much same with Bionatics.. Its a bit on the slow side until you convert to Vraymtl's and Editable meshes..

Demo it first if you can, They're usually pretty agreeable over there.

Haven't had a chance to test any of the other geometry based tree solutions.

Speed tree looks nicest imho when used well, but its got opacity based leaves.. which is currently quite hellish when using in vray because of the refractions..

Theres a few other Threads on tree's.. Suggest searching the archives if possible..

Dman, Vlado already fixed that prob with Speedtree ( I requested
1.09.04g which had the fix) I believe it will be included in the next
update...
