Vray Scatter?

Has anyone on this forum ordered any products from this company “Visual Dynamics” located at www.Vray.com ?, I ordered Vray scatter on Thursday, April 15th and I have not received my product. They had no problem taking my $280.00 out of my account right away. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions, email, fax, and even carrier pigeon with no response. Has this clown college pulled this stunt on anyone else?
