vray light material

What happend to the vray light material? I no longer see it on max 2011 - vray 1.5 sp5

have you assigned vray as your renderer? if you are using slate, some of the vray mats are in standard section....

Yep....it was in the standard material section.....not really liking this max 2011!!!!

There is some mixup about which materials go in which section due to the way the Slate material editor is implemented; we already spoke to the 3ds Max developers to see if there is a way to improve this for future versions, both on the V-Ray side and the 3ds Max side.
