I recently moved to Viz 4. And now have the advanced version of VRAY -
Before I begin a project, I am trying to do some test scenes. I create a plane and box, assign a vray material to it. Create a daylight system and render using the defualt settings of AA and setting the map level to very low.
Everytime I begin rendering I get an error "unhandled exeption:irradiance map thread"
I originally tried the demo version in MAX, and it seems to work great- shadows and all. Now the scene and shadows are awful, using the same settings.
Ive attached an image done in Viz showing the test scene. Any help would be apprciated.
