  • Quicktime VR's/ Panorama's

Has anyone succesfully rendered a QTVR from Vray? using different camera types such as box or spherical. If so what software are you using to convert this image into a qtvr movie? (.mov)

    Thanks

I've made a few cylindrical QTVR's using GoCubic, using a spherical camera set to 360 degree FOV render.

    Example:

I'm sure you could use a box camera to get the 6 images required to make a cubic panorama but I haven't tried it yet.

In Discreet's never ending pursuit of all your money they have an expensive subscription program inwhich subscribed members have access to 'extensions' which add features such as this design extension, particles extension, etc. The addition of these extensions to the basic package is a way Max, which already costs atleast twice as much as the competitors, gets a bit closer to being half as good as them.

PS. GoCubic is a free application
