differences between Render and Region render

Hello everybody, Can you tell me why when I do a render region the contrast of the picture is slightly different ?

Do you mean a slight difference on the boudaries of the region render compared to the previous existing one?
If that's it, then I'd say that you won't get the same results if you calculate the entire image than if you calculate just a part of it. What you can do if you need to get the exact same result is calculate GI for the entire image, save those maps and use them to render regions.
