  • Vray versus finalRender?

One of the most annoying aspects of fRender is that all geometry needs to be at a real world scale in order for it to work correctly.....also it has a problem if walls, for example are not intersecting.........does Vray have these restrictions also.....it seems not but I'm curious.

    nope, no problems there

You don't actually need to overlap geometry in FR, a lower curve balance and better min/max ratio+rays will elevate the problem. Vray has superior edge detection over Stage0, it's one of the problems with Stage0 being tied to the scanline.
