  • Fog color affecting opacity

    Hello all,

Quick question. I hope somebody can help.

I'm applying fog color to a material that has an opacity map. The region that should be transparent due to the opacity map is being affected by the color on the fog color slot. Shouldn't the opacity map override this color?

I need the fog color for the visible part of the opacity map, which will be a tinted glass.

    Thanks!
    Guido.

The fog is just stuff inside the object; it does not matter if you are able to see inside the object because of refractions or because of transparency - the fog will be visible to both effects.

    Best regards,
    Vlado
