Vray 2.0 Beta License error

Hi, I just installed Vray 2.0 and can not get the production renderer to work.
License Server is running and I even can use Vray RT but not the production renderer. It says "Could not obtain license (-197).

Do I have to update my USB-Dongle for this to work? And if so, should I email the support at chaosgroup for that??

Yeah the dongle needs to be updated to the new 2.0 license.

Yes, you need to update your dongle first. This particular error (-197) means that no license was found. Please email us to vray@chaosgroup.com and we'll sort it out.
